World Wide Travel & Entertainment News (WW TEN), also using the trade-name ArtBase,
Global Arts & Entertainment News, is the first and only news service specialised in
international, comprehensive real-time information on arts, entertainment and travel.
The main focus is on content and content solutions for digital news, event and destination
information. The main reference group is the national and international business and leisure
traveller. The procedures for gathering, processing and disseminating content, and the
especially designed content solutions enable WW TEN clients to reach and service their
consumers any time, anywhere, through any platform.

real-time information. Our multiple language desks work with correspondants based in

The information is received and collected by a highly specialised staff of venue relations
officers. It is then translated, edited and modified by our team of multilingual art
specialists. These processes are structurally supported by a set of precise formats,
automated manuals and monitored procedures that have evolved over the years to maximise
efficiency and standardise quality.

Our Database |

We maintain an up-to-the-minute (SQL) database containing information on over 200,000
major world-wide events annually, covering all sections of visual and performing
arts & entertainment, and including a thesaurus with over 25,000 performers and artists.
The database contains not only event information but also images, destination information
(including hotels, restaurants and shops) and news. All address information is GPS coded.
The unique database structure, containing ca. 80 tables, based on comprehensive
specifications.
